90 Day Warranty and Exchanges

*These terms are subject to change without notice and upon the discretion of TV Parts Central

-All of our parts are guaranteed to be in working condition as they are removed from working functional units. All parts are inspected prior to shipment. We pride ourselves on maintaining a low return rate.


All TV parts we sell are backed by a 90 day warranty. This warranty protects you from dead-on-arrival (DOA) and defective TV parts.

If your TV part fails within its allotted warranty, please file a Warranty Claim with our Returns Department.

We will not accept any returns outside the 90 day warranty period.

How to open a Return claim and receive RMA:

Log into your account, navigate to the Completed Orders section and click on the Return Item(s) button.  In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason. The Return Action and Comments are required fields. (Please state in the Comments what the original issue with your set was and then what occurs when installing our item.) Click on Submit Return Request. As soon as we receive the Return Request, we will process the return and provide you with an RMA number.


DOA RETURNS: (Dead on Arrival)

-All orders placed with TV Parts Central are guaranteed against DOA issues. Any part found to be in a nonworking condition within the 90 day warranty period will be eligible for an exchange or refund depending on certain factors. We will exchange the part if we happen to have another in stock at no cost. We will only refund the full amount of your purchase or issue Store Credit if we do not happen to have an exchange available.


Exchanges are shipped out once we receive the returned part and it has been inspected by one of our techs. Once the exchange has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

Restocking Fee:

All sales are returnable for an exchange or store credit as long as they are returned within the 90 day warranty period, are not tampered with, and are in their original packaging. Sale items may not be fully refundable unless defective and an exchange is not available. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges for shipment labels.


Packaging Returns:

Please make sure to follow these guidelines when returning your part(s) to ensure the proper and efficient processing of your return. Incorrect returns will be denied by our Returns Department and sent back to you at your expense. To prevent denied returns, we’ve provided you with an easy checklist:

• Is it within 90 day warranty period?

•Is the return in a box? (Note: Any returns in an envelope/bag will be denied as they do not properly protect these electronic boards.)

• Is the RMA Number visible on the OUTSIDE of the box? If the RMA Number is not visible on the outside of the box we will refuse it and it will be returned to you at your expense.

• Are you sending the return to our – TV Parts Central – address:

• Will your return arrive at TV Parts Central within 30 days of when you received your RMA Number?


-All of our parts are individually marked with a unique identifier. If we find that the part you are returning is tampered, damaged, or salvaged for parts, we will deny your claim with no questions asked. Please ship the part back as you received it.

Store Credit & Refunds

-You will be credited for your return in 5 to 7 business days.

-Refunds may vary based on return reasons.
